Is there a minimum charge?
Yes 1hr minimum.

What do you charge after the first hour?

We bill by the minute thereafter; applicable rate divisible by 60mins.

What areas do you cover?

All boroughs within M25.

What is the NICEIC and how do you become a member?

It’s a Independent regulatory body ‘National Inspection Council for Electrical Installer & Contractors’ see www.niceic.org.uk for more info on membership.

Are you a Trustmark member?

Yes, see www.trustmark.org.uk for more information.

Do your carry out free quotations?

Yes, Mon- Fri: 7am - 9pm, Sat 8am - 3pm.

How soon do we receive a quote?

Within 48hrs emailed/posted, 24hrs available upon request.

What works do you undertake?

Do you offer any warranty/guarantee?

12mths Warranty for all works/ materials supplied and Certification.

Are all your engineers fully qualified electricians?

Yes, and all our work is certified.

What’s your cancellations policy?

We require 24hrs notice or 1hr charge is levied.

Do you notify us if your engineers are running behind schedule?

Yes the relevant engineer will update you via txt/call if running late.
